Integrative Psychology is located at 5 Water Street in Arlington, in a brick office building near the center of Arlington and adjacent to one of the town’s municipal parking lots. Water Street is perpendicular to Massachusetts Avenue, across the street from Robbins Library. It is accessible by bus, bike path (e.g. from Alewife Station), or by car, and there is metered parking in the municipal lot behind our building and along Massachusetts Avenue and the side streets.
If your visit is an online telehealth video visit, we will email you information on how to log in to our HIPAA-secure telehealth platform. For in-person visits, when you arrive for your hour-long initial visit, you can take the stairs or elevator to the first floor on the #11 side of the building (the building has a #5 and #11 entrance, but our main entrance is on the #11 side), and make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. Handicapped parking is available in the municipal lot and there is an access ramp on the #11 side of the building that leads down to the ground floor elevator. Once in the building, follow signs for Integrative Psychology.”
You should have received a link to our secure patient portal and filled out the new patient information in advance of our first appointment. If not, please contact us. Your clinician will go over any questions you might have about the paperwork or other matters at your first appointment. She or he will come out (or log on) to greet you at your scheduled time, as she or he may be with another patient beforehand.
Payment for sessions, including copays or deductibles, is due at the time of service and can be settled online, by credit card, by FSA/HSA card, by check, or by cash. Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation.
We are looking forward to supporting you in these next steps towards your health and wellness goals! Please be in touch with any questions before then.
